We’d like to enthusiastically introduce Finding GLOW.   

Finding GLOW is more than self-help—it's a way of living rooted in Grace, Love, Observation, and embracing your Whole self. It is a conscious return to who you are beneath the noise.  It is a life growing into your full potential for Empowered living; to move beyond survivor and return to restorative living and regenerative joy.   It is a life worth sharing.

We believe that true wellness isn’t just about managing stress or eating clean—it’s about aligning your mind, body, and spirit with your deepest values and potential. Health means nothing if you are not caring for yourself or tending to your needs.  It simply isn't sustainable. Fatigue and negative thought cycles can create destruction and be harmful to your living. But so can living disconnected and distracted. Being attentive to your diet and fitness means nothing if you are not tending to your mindset, and protecting your person and your peace.

Where do resilience and Love come from when you are living in a state of frustration or boredom?
 

 

After many years in the vocation of helping people through hard times and injuries, we’ve learned one thing that stands out above all: People want more. More time, more money, more health, more joy, more happiness, better habits- the list goes on.

This desire reflects a deeper truth: many are living in a state of deprivation, or going through life feeling unfulfilled and unsatisfied. Sometimes it shows up in just one area of life; other times, it’s present on a much larger scale.

The challenge is that we only know the world through our own perspective, so the path needed to move through our hurdles is often an unknown and unseeable path.

Our courses were written to facilitate growth and change in the flow of life and living.  One must know where he is, what he is wanting and only then can a path be found to get there.  

Viktor Frankl (neurologist, psychologist, author of "Man's Search for Meaning" says...

"One cannot reconstruct his life without a life goal- without something that challenges, inspires, and pulls them forward."

Each person’s path to change is different, with unique needs and challenges. Our courses are designed to support you through a guided journey helping to identify, navigate, and implement the changes you are hoping for and dreaming about. 

How many times have you tried to create change in your own life unsuccessfully?  Habit training can be difficult to sustain when it is blind training because living is generated from within you; it is not cerebral because we are dynamic and emotional experiential beings who instinctively need meaning in their life.

The courses are a series of explorations, thoughtfully written from a variety of perspectives to guide you through the layers and complexities of life. Finding GLOW meets you where you are and aligns with your belief system—it serves as a guide, but you are leading the way.

You have the freedom to move through each exploration at your own pace, spending as many days as needed to reach your desired depth of discovery and full integration, ...all from the comfort of your own home. Some explorations may feel familiar and affirming, while others may introduce entirely new perspectives or ways of thinking.

Finding GLOW is ideal for those who are: 

  • Seeking refinement
  • Responding to a nudge toward self-discovery or change
  • Needing healing and personal growth
  • Seeing life as meaningful and evolving.  Those who love gaining insight and understanding of your own self.
  • Healing from Trauma or a broken heart.

How often do you pause to consider who you are at a core level without all your current influences?  This will open perspective for you to see the things in your life that are between your now lifestyle, your current state of being and the life that you REALLY want to live!  What might you reveal about yourself with time set aside caring for you?  How could this understanding cultivate compassion?  How would your life change with more gentleness?  and more GLOW ?

To help you find the “more”  that you're seeking...Don’t underestimate the importance of being honest with yourself.  You cannot heal what you cannot see.  You cannot move through barriers that you cannot acknowledge- whatever they may be.  Discovering the coping mechanisms and strategies you have been using, and recognizing the role they play- then reflecting to understand if and where they are helpful or harmful helps gain insight where redirection is needed.  Allowing for self awareness introduces your ability to intervene.  At the end of the day, your power of choice belongs to you.

 

Some things to consider:

What are the things that you say in your mind (your inner voice)?  What is the attitude of your self- talk? Is it supportive to you?  What message are you giving yourself?  What will reinforce? Are you your own loving, playful and supportive friend?  And is your internal attitude and self- talk reinforcing the lifestyle you WANT?  Is it supporting or reinforcing habits and beliefs that you want to live by?

Creating the image of your “perfect life”, the life in your dreams isn’t always about the story;  How do you want your life to FEEL?  When you let go of the story and you understand what you really desire, then decision making and habit creation become easier.  When you know yourself well enough, the question left to ask yourself is this “ If I make this decision, will this bring me closer or further to my greater objective/goal?” How will your life change when you pause to reflect  "will it support me?”  Change doesn’t have to be hard.  Sometimes it's just knowing and also, holding your intention, creating a focus and taking the time. The mindset of GLOW will help you with that.
